The homeowners meet once a year at the annual HOA meeting, typically held at a public space in Fairfax County. Owners will be notified approximately 30 days in advance of the details via mail, based upon the mailing address on record with the cluster. (Contact TWC to update your record). We will also notify owners via email through our news list. Only homeowners in good standing may vote at meetings. The next annual meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 10th.
The board typically meets on a monthly or quarterly basis to review open business items and set strategic plans. These usually occur at a public place in Fairfax County on the 2nd Monday of each month, excluding July and December. However, because meeting dates and times can change, should you wish to attend, please email the board with your intentions and the items you wish to cover by the 1st of each month to allow adequate time for the board to add you to the agenda. If you have a complaint, the best method for having your issue recorded and addressed is not email, it is to send a letter via postal mail to our management company, TWC; or via email to the board so that we can assist you in resolving the matter if necessary.
