Parking & EVCS

If your vehicle was towed, please contact Battlefield Towing at 703.378.0059. Contact the TWC Association Manager with any questions about towing procedures.

Contact Battlefield Towing at 703.378.0059 if an unauthorized vehicle is in your assigned parking spot. The homeowner or resident must be present to sign the release form when the tow vehicle arrives.

Parking spaces labeled with a “V” are reserved exclusively for use by visitors and guests of Ridgewood residents for a period not to exceed 48 hours. Residents are not permitted to use these spaces for their own vehicles. Residents of town homes with garages may not use visitor spaces in lieu of using their own garage and driveway.

To report a parking violation, please contact your TWC Association Manager. Reports must include your name and telephone number, the tag number of the vehicle in question, the type of violation (parked in front of a fire hydrant, in a yellow zone, blocking traffic, in a visitor spot, etc.) and the exact location. Such vehicles are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense upon authorization by the Ridgewood Board.

For violations outside of Ridgewood cluster property, above the stop sign and up Great Owl Drive, contact the Fairfax Police Department District Station.

For guidance regarding electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), please refer to the Reston Association’s EVCS Design Guidelines. They apply to clusters like Ridgewood that currently don’t have EVCS standards. Please contact your Covenants Advisor if you have questions.
